@Aubélia: Thank you!

Basile Pesso from Barcelona, Spain

Even better than your last spotlight to me. Superb look, superbly cute. So, spotlightable again, but won't get one. Despite all your rage, you are still just a bear in a cage ?

2 Dec 2013 8:45am

@Basile Pesso: I think the same thing about it being better. Still just a bear in a cage? very well said, thank you!

2 Dec 2013 12:30pm

@Adela Fonts: Yes! A self portrait :-) with the look of a child...thank you! Hugs, Abena.

Gérard Beullac from Paris, France

Just perfect. At an upper technical level, compared to the previous one of this scene but also the presence of the eyes makes this one a winner.

2 Dec 2013 12:31pm

@Gérard Beullac: I have to agree with you about the eyes making this one a winner, thanks a lot!

Rick from Toronto, Canada

My favourite photo from your recent batch, and a real stunner composition. The light, the eyes, the placement and prominence of the hand... awesome shot, Abena. Five stars for sure.

2 Dec 2013 12:58pm

@Rick: I prefer this one over the other one just because of the eyes :-) thanks a lot for the great feedback!

2 Dec 2013 6:18pm

@Doug: thanks so much for the great feedback Doug!

Jeremy from Ridgedale, United States

Wonderful! I think I like it better than your previous one. It's not so obscured, which allows for a little more emotion.

2 Dec 2013 6:59pm

@Jeremy: I like this one better too just because of the eyes...I think I'm finally letting go of my curtain to hide behind :-) thanks Jeremy!

Steven from Chicagoland, United States

Another beautiful capture from behind the screen! The expression captured here is rather emotional. At the same time, it's amazing how this PoV really makes the screen seem like it has large holes (squares).

2 Dec 2013 9:11pm

@Steven: the eyes helped a lot with conveying that emotion, thanks a lot for the feedback, Steven!

Steve Rice from Olympia, United States

Wow, a beautiful self-portrait! Incredibly creative.

Superb !

4 Dec 2013 7:12am

Evelyne Dubos from Le Mans, France

Je préfère nettement celle-ci à celle spotlightée. J'aime le regard vers nous et les teintes plus contrastées qui permettent de mieux dessiner la main. Très réussie !

4 Dec 2013 7:53pm

@Evelyne Dubos: Moi aussi! Merci beaucoup Evelyne!
